Interactive Learning: Discover the secrets of authentic Italian dishes—learn how to make fresh fettuccine, risotto, pizza, and more from scratch. If you have a specific recipe in mind, simply let us know!
Local Ingredients: We feature organic, locally sourced ingredients—depending on the season, you’ll savor fresh asparagus, truffles, olives, cold cuts, cheeses, and much more.
Expert Guidance: Classes and demonstrations are led by a great food expert, Valentina Bigi, occasionally joined by local food and wine experts, ensuring an enriching and enjoyable experience for all.
The Experience
After your class, indulge in a delicious, full-course lunch or dinner featuring the dishes you’ve created. It’s the perfect opportunity to relax and share conversation with our local culinary experts.
Pricing
For €100 per person, the experience includes a hands-on cooking class or demonstration, followed by a served five-course meal featuring dishes prepared during the class along with a selection of additional courses. The price also includes our house wine, limoncello, and grappa. A minimum of four participants is required, with special rates available for larger groups.
FETTUCCINE & TIRAMISU

Experience our classic cooking class designed to teach you how to make Fettuccine and Tiramisù, two iconic dishes of Italian cuisine. This hands-on class is perfect for all skill levels, offering simple and easy-to-follow techniques that you can effortlessly replicate at home. Guided by Valentina, you will learn to prepare fresh pasta from scratch and create the rich, creamy layers of tiramisu, gaining authentic skills to delight your family and friends with genuine Italian flavors. This program combines tradition with accessibility, making it the ideal introduction to Italian cooking.
RISOTTO

Mario, our risotto specialist, will lead you through an authentic Italian risotto experience. Discover why the finest risotto rice in the world comes from northern Italy, learn about different rice varieties, and understand which one works best for your perfect risotto. Together, you can prepare classic favorites like Risotto allo Zafferano or Risotto Primavera (the renowned Cipriani recipe). For those feeling adventurous, Mario will also guide you through more creative risotto variations—whether with cherries, lemon, or other surprising ingredients—allowing your culinary creativity to flourish. else!
PIZZA PARTY

This seasonal program takes place at the Umbrian Grill, where you will learn how to make authentic Italian pizza in a traditional wood-burning oven. Perfect for families, this activity offers a fun and interactive experience, especially if you have children with you. Kids will enjoy kneading the dough and creating their own personalized toppings, tailoring each pizza to their tastes. It’s a delightful way to immerse yourself in Italian culinary traditions while having fun together during your holiday in Italy.
