IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA:
Giuliani Cheese Farm in Collelungo. Every Tuesday, they make fresh cheese: ricotta, mozzarella, and primo sale (pick up time between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m.). In their refrigerated basement, there is the a selection of aged cheeses, ask them to take you there (magazzino del formaggio stagionato).

Scoppola Cardoni Bakery in Izzalini, they bake the bread in a wood oven as well as old sorts of biscuits and cakes

There are two local convenience stores (small supermarkets) , one in Collelungo, called the Centro Spesa Buia. They have nice cold cuts and a little bit of everything !

IN THE TODI AREA :
A very nice cheese shop (that also sells cold cuts) is the Caseificio Montecristo. They also have a “Cheese Academy” where they do demonstrations and tastings
For wines, a highly recomended small family run winery, is Zazzera Winery, they also have a nice bistrot with excellent food (booking is mandatory). You can also visit the production site, that is not far away.
General Supermarket in Todi is EMI, you wll find everything there
IN THE ORVIETO AREA :
A very nice butcher, Oreto, with cold cuts, cheese and some very nice cooked food
Or another nice shop, with a VERY special selection of cold cuts is The Bottega del Mastro Norcino. They also serve great sandwiches and salads (and nice wines)
General Supermarket, is the COOP. You will find everything there, and the supermarket is part of a larger mall with a pharmacy etc etc
